It's been a while since we've seen Shinra Kusakabe. But all that has finally changed now that Fire Force season 3 is confirmed to be on the way in April 2025. Here's what to know!
The story so far follows the life of Shinra as he and his team do everything in their power to uncover the mystery behind why humans are randomly combusting with no rhyme or reason. Although they've gotten really close to the truth, including learning imperative information regarding who exactly is behind all of these horrible occurrences, everyone has a long way to go when it comes to understanding the motives as well as how exactly they can put a stop the spontaneous combustion.
In addition to this, the situation has become incredibly dire with Shinra's younger brother, Sho, practically being humanity's overpowered enemy.
How will Shinra and his allies, Company 8, save the day? How will they get strong enough to not only take down Sho but all the other soldiers of evil? All these questions as well as the questions you've had since the very beginning will be answered when you tune in to the season three premiere in April 2025. Before that time arrives, however, here's everything to know about the upcoming installment of Fire Force.
Season 3 will be split into two cours
Since season 3 will have all the drama that you've been waiting to unfold, the third season will be split into two separate cours. The first cour will release in April 2025, while the second cour will release in January 2025.
As stated before, the first cour will pick up the story of Shinra from where it was left, which is with Shinra being much stronger after his intense training. The season 2 finale also set up the eventual fight against The Evangelist, a fight that is certainly on the way in the latter half of the third season.
