Netflix sees the return of the iconic Mononoke title
In a world plagued by an increasing number of dead spirits and evil spirits, it's up to The Medicine Seller to find out the origins of these spirits and later purify them to prevent them from plaguing the natural world. However, as the spirits grow more and more complex, the Medicine Seller soon realizes that his journey may come with unexpected turmoil that may be too much to handle. Even so, he pushes on to ensure the swift cleansing of evil spirits.
Here's more on what you can expect from the anime film (via Netflix):
"The story of the film revolves around the mononoke, an apparition created when intense human emotions merge with a supernatural spirit. When these entities start causing strange disturbances that harm people, a mysterious man called the Medicine Seller appears.
