Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc is on its way very soon. But before the brand-new season releases, we absolutely need to dissect the juicy trailer that has everyone buzzing about what's to come!

Not only did we receive a sneak peek at some of the Hashira we were dying to know more about but we also got a chance to learn about the main story of this season and how it will tie into the grand scheme of the story thus far. Also, we got to hear a snippet of a song we might have on repeat all season long! If you're as excited as we are about what's coming, read on to see the biggest takeaways we took from Demon Slayer's latest trailer!

Demon Slayer may take it slower this season!

Going off on the trailer, we don't expect too many fights against overpowered demons this season, as this can be considered a season where every character is doing their best to become the best version of themselves before the menacing demons arrive.

Perhaps you can see why we feel our sentiments by watching the trailer. Check it out below!

There are three things to take away from the trailer. The first is that Nezuko is now a very wanted individual now that she is no longer susceptible to the sun.

Nezuko is in grave danger

Nezuko has been sought after ever since Muzan first turned her into a demon. However, she's even more of a rare prize now that she has done what no other demon has done —saw the sun and survived. With this in mind, if Nezuko doesn't keep her guard up, Muzan or any of his subordinates can easily track her down, take her, and dissect her to figure out how they, too, can overcome the sun.

Now more than ever, Nezuko must be protected.

Demon Slayer Corps are struggling to effectively deal (or slow down) Muzan

The second takeaway we have from this trailer is that the state of the Demon Slayer corps may be very rough since having more numbers doesn't necessarily translate to being able to defeat Muzan.

As Gyomei, the Stone Hashira, stated in the trailer the bar needs to be raised in regards to who can fight against the strongest of opponents. People like Tanjiro shouldn't be an anomaly. Rather, he should be the standard because, so long as they put their mind to it, anyone can be (and should be) as courageous and strong as he is.

Quantity isn't going to mean much if none of the members of the Corps can overcome evil without losing their lives in the process. For everyone, demon slayer or not, there is no option but to get stronger.

The end of Demon Slayer is closer than we think

Our third and final takeaway from this trailer is that the show is reaching the climax, meaning it's likely things are going to go into full overdrive either after this season or once the training has concluded.

Most likely, Muzan is not going to sit idly while their competition is getting stronger. In fact, with how many soldiers are gathering in one place, Muzan may see it as the best time to invade, making it a total bloodbath if they feel so led.

Even if Muzan doesn't take action, there's a good chance that the remaining Upper Rank demons may take the initiative and take down all those who may stand in their way. Lowering the number of demon slayers is a pretty effective strategy that they've done before, so it's almost certain they'll try it again.

Should Muzan or his allies decide to go all out that could be the final showdown we've been waiting for since episode 1 may be on the way very soon.

The featured song is another certified classic!

A bonus takeaway from the trailer is that Demon Slayer is going to deliver with its soundtrack once again.

One of the featured songs of this season is "Mugen" which is performed by MY FIRST STORY and HYDE. The song isn't available to listen to on platforms like Spotify or Apple Music. But once it is, we're sure every anime fan will play it until they can't get enough.

From these takeaways, we can tell this is going to be a season that will have us biting our nails and hanging on to the edge of our seats. We can't wait to see what will happen!
