Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc episode 3 release time and what to expect (preview)
By Diana Nosa
Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc is set to return this weekend with a brand-new episode that is sure to answer your burning questions.
Without a doubt, it's an episode you don't want to miss, so be sure to tune into the next episode of Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc on Sunday, May 26, at 10:45 a.m. PT (or 1:45 p.m. ET) on Crunchyroll!
Now that you know what time the episode is slated to release, here's what to know about what to expect from the upcoming episode titled "Fully Recovered Tanjiro Joins the Hashira Training."
Episode 3 will prove the Hashira are more multidimensional than we thought
One of the most important revelations we'll receive in the next episode is the truth behind what happened to Shinobu Kocho's eldest sister and how that led to our current Insect Hashira becoming the deeply wounded person that she is today.
Shinobu Kocho does an amazing job of holding in her true feelings. However, with her having to collaborate with Lady Tamayo, a demon, painful memories and feelings are starting to resurface, causing her to not be able to hold back her anger.
We did see a glimpse of Shinobu's true feelings toward demons in an earlier season. Even so, now that we'll soon know what led to such strong feelings, maybe we get to see a different side of her and see what's underneath.
Shinobu isn't the only one we'll see a different side of, as Giyuu Tomioka has now entered the Hashira Training regime and will lend his experience to the young demon slayer soldiers. Hopefully, this time, Giyuu won't self-wallow in what he couldn't accomplish in his past and, instead, look forward to the day he can assist in eradicating demons.
Last but not least, with two Hashira members, the Mist Hashira and the Love Hashira, having seen Tanjiro come very close to death, we assume that they will be more than glad to have him back while also being very strict about his training regime. After all, he is one of the strongest demon slayer soldiers alive; the stronger he is, the better the world's chances at defeating Muzan.
