Crunchyroll has announced the streaming debut of Demon Slayer -KIMETSU NO YAIBA- the stage, available in the following regions: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. An announcement has not been made as of this writing about a streaming debut in other regions.

As presented on Crunchyroll, Demon Slayer -KIMETSU NO YAIBA- the stage is a recording of a performance of the first Demon Slayer live theater show which originally toured Japan in two parts between 2020 and 2021. The most recent, which toured at the end of 2023, adapted the Entertainment District arc.

Crunchyroll has provided the following synopsis:

The original Demon Slayer manga — titled Kimetsu no Yaiba in the original Japanese and used as a subtitle in the English translation — ran from 2016 to 2020. The anime adaptation has been airing since 2019. Additionally, each story arc has been adapted into a stage show, with Demon Slayer -KIMETSU NO YAIBA- the stage being the first of the four produced so far. The majority of the cast reprised their roles for the later stage shows. Crunchyroll has not yet announced if the other stage adaptations will come to streaming.

The most notable difference to the storyline as presented in Demon Slayer -KIMETSU NO YAIBA- the stage is the inclusion of musical numbers performed by a chorus of background characters that help to narrate the events unfolding on stage. Otherwise, it's a fairly straightforward adaptation of the source material, though with a few changes made to accommodate the runtime and the limits of the live theater medium.

New episodes of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba stream on Crunchyroll every Sunday, with the finale of the Hashira Training Arc releasing this weekend on June 30. The first four seasons are also available to stream on Netflix in certain regions. On Crunchyroll, Demon Slayer has a 16 rating and is rated TV-MA for nudity and violence on Netflix. Some viewers may find the content disturbing.
