What happened in Horimiya: The Missing Pieces episode 9?

In the previous episode, the show shed light on other side characters in the anime and it focused on the teachers in episode 9. The English teacher, Shin Yasuda, was given more screen time and the episode begins with the teacher sleeping in the staff room as two students encounter him. The students give Yasude pigtails and he is unaware when he wakes up and heads off to teach his class. The class had a difficult time holding in laughter and eventually broke when Yoshikawa pointed it out as she came in late to class.

Later that day, Yasuda Approaches Nakamine, the physics teacher, about missing keys. The interaction begins to show how absent minded Nakamine is as he reveals he has many keys in his possession. Nakamine's pocket has a hole and and Yuki offers to sew it for him. Yasuda and Ishikawa observe the interaction between Nakmine and Yuki behind a window as they flare up with jealousy.

During the evening, the episode shifts to Sengoku and Hori, who slept in the student council room until late at night and they find themselves locked out. The students panic as they figure out a solution and then Yasuda opens the door and questions them about their intention of staying late in class. Terajima steps in to stop Yasuda's lewd questioning and the next day, Yasuda appears to be disheveled from Terajima the night before.
