Everything to know about Look Back

Look Back explores the lives of Fujino, a young, talented manga author, and Kyomoto, an introverted artist.

Fujino dedicates her life to creating masterpieces that are applauded by all, while Kyomoto stays in her room, shut off from the world. One day, everything changes for Kyomoto when she is forced out of her room, inspired by Fujino to become a better artist. Thus, a partnership between two polar opposites who have a lot to learn from one another begins.

Here's more on the official synopsis below from Oricon:

"The overly confident Fujino and the shut-in Kyomoto couldn’t be more different, but a love of drawing manga brings these two small-town girls together. A poignant story of growing up and moving forward that only Tatsuki Fujimoto, the creator of Chainsaw Man, could have crafted."

Avex Pictures is the production company backing the entire title!

As for the cast, In Her Room star Yuumi Kawai voices the role of Fujino, while Alice in Borderland star Mizuki Yoshida voices the role of Kyomoto.
