Season 2 episode 17 recap

In the previous episode, Rudeus is seen heading towards Norn's classroom in a furious mood as he suspects that she was bullied. Norn has been holed up in her dorm room and is unwilling to go outside and Rudy arrives at one of her classrooms with Linea and Pursena. Rudy is haunted by the bullying from his past life and is determined to resolve Norn's dilemma.

Rudy enters the classroom and immediately questions the students about their treatment of Norn. He is prepared to unleash his wrath on the culprit, but he comes to learn that he is the root of the problem. Rudy is a special student at the school because of his abilities. He is known around the campus, and Norn is inundated with Rudy and comparisons to him. This impacts Norn's mental state as she cannot escape the Greyrat name.

Rudy is sad to realize he's actually the root of the situation and his friends hatch a plan for him to enter the girls' dorm in order to talk to Norn. Princess Ariel implements a diversion by giving a speech to the girls' dorm and Linea and Pursena direct Rudy toward the dorm. They lead him down the hall to her room and he knocks on Norn's door. When he opens the door, he sees a similar sight from his past life.

The show cuts to when his brother tries to convince Rudy to go outside after experiencing harsh bullying. He begins to learn his brother's perspective as he looks sat Norn, and he regrets that he didn't listen earlier. Rudy attempts to apologize and Norn realizes that Rudy is not actually a bad person because she witnessed him punching Paul last season. Her memories with her father and Ruijerd shifts her attitude as she begins to see Rudy as a good person and she bursts into tears in his arms.

Rudy comforts her at night and the next day Rudy and Sylphy encounter Norn on campus. Norn greets the both of them as she heads out to class. Rudy is not sure about her feelings but is impressed at her maturity and her ability to move on.
