Recap of the previous chapter

The previous chapter starts by showing the aftermath of Joyboy's haki. Every marine was down, including the vice admirals and the straw hats were escaping. Dory and Broggy talked about how strong that haki was, and they considered that it was stronger than Shanks.

Now they are all heading toward Elbaf. Meanwhile, Sanji was talking with Vegapunk's corpse about whether this was the thing that he wanted to happen. We next move towards a flashback where Shaka informs Vegapunk and Pythogrorus that someone has stolen the energy from the mother flame.

One of the Vegapunks or Lilith might be the traitor. After a week, they were able to find the traitor, who was York. Vegapunk knew that Marines would be coming for his life, so he decided to leave behind the truth of the world.

He fixed the giant robot, recorded a message of himself and then hid the den den mushi inside the robot. After that, the trio deleted their past two weeks of memory to hide their plan from York.
