What happened in One Piece  episode 1080?

In the previous episode, One Piece kicked off the festival and banquet after Wano gained its freedom. Luffy, Chopper, and Yamato hit the town and attended the festival in glee. They enjoyed different delicacies and tried out minigames while the rest of the citizens celebrated. As the festival continued, the new admiral made its way toward Wano and he encountered Kaido's men.

The green-haired admiral was revealed to be Ryogoku and he came to Wano to face off against the pirate captains that shifted the power balance of the world. Ryogoku battled the remnant of Kaido's crew and the audience discovered that his powers alloed him to manipulate his body into wood and tree roots. He handled Queen and King with ease and shifted his objective to Luffy.

During the festival, the show shifted to Robin, who stumbled upon a Poneglyph in the land of Wano. Robin observed the writings as Tenguyama entered the room. It was revealed that Tengu is Kozuki Oden's father, Kozuki Sukiyaki, who survived Orochi's takeover and hid for 20 years. Tengu intended to take his life when he lost his land to Wano, however, he resolved to see his mission through and witness Wano free itself from Orochi and Kaido. Robin then questioned Tengu about the pluton, and he shockingly revealed that the ancient weapon was located in Wano.
