One Piece episode 1100 release date and time (and an episode 1099 refresher)

One Piece started the Egghead Island arc in January as the series transitions to focus on Dr. Vegapunk. The Pirate Crew has ended up on Egghead Island which depicts a futuristic landscape. The crew will learn about Vegapunk's role in the grand scheme of this world as the World government begins to take action.

In the previous episode of One Piece, CP-0 has invaded the island and the Vegapunks take action to defend themselves. The Seraphims are called upon to take action and Lucci takes Atlas down. Luffy comes face to face with Lucci when he finds Atlas knocked out. In the next episode, Luffy will awaken gear 5 during his clash with Lucci as Egghead Island descends into chaos.

One Piece episode 1100 is titled "Powers on a Different Level! Luffy vs. Lucci" and is scheduled to be released on Sunday, April 07, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. Japanese Standard Time (JST) and will be simulcast on Crunchyroll in the United States. The episode will also be available in the U.S. on Saturday, April 06, 2024.

One Piece  episode 1099 recap

In the previous episode, CP-0 has arrived near Egghead Island and demand to enter to the Vegapunks. Lucci gives in the Vegapunk and commands S-Bear to transport everyone on the ship to the island with its ability. The sea beasts go on to destroy the ships while CP-0 are teleported.

Back on the island, Vegapunk explains to Luffy and the group that he has been targeted by the World Government and that he needs help to escape. Luffy is confused by the request and discovers that CP-0 is stronger than CP-9 and that danger is imminent, Vegapunk attempts to bribe Luffy with rockets and they agree to escape. Vegapunk teleports to Labophase and implores Luffy's group to use a vacuum rocket to go towards the lab.

Pythagoras and Shaka realize that CP-0 used S-bear to arrive on the island and they have begun to invade the place. Shaka decides to activate their evacuation protocol and alerts the scientist to leave. They also command their Seraphims to defend the island as three of them are released. Seraphim S-Hawk, S-Snake, and S-Shark leave their cells and are led by Sentamaru. Meanwhile, CP-0 enters the futuristic Island and Kaku decides to attack the dragon hologram.

Kaku uses his ability to jump toward Labophase but the defense system activates and sends Kaku back down. The Frontier Dome is a defense system around the lab that shoots laser beams at any threats. Stuccy from Cp-0 seems to be familiar with the island and CP-0 continues to invade. Atlas arrives to save the scientists and she is focused on eliminating CP-0. Despite a warning from Shaka, Atlas unleashes a strike towards Lucci.

Lucci uses his devil fruit and takes down Atlas with his signature strike. Atlas' head is shattered and falls down as Shaka activates the evacuation signal again. Luffy, Jimbei, and Chopper, arrive at the area and spot a fallen Atlas. Luffy is shocked to see Atlas out of order and spots Lucci. Luffy asks Chopper to look after Atlas but Chopper explains that Franky is the specialist for robots. Kaku and Stuccy recommend Lucci to not fight Luffy since he has become one of the four emperors. Luffy is furious at Lucci and is determined to clash at the end of the episode.
