One Piece episode 1102 recap

In the previous episode, CP-0 weighed their options before they attempted to invade Labophase. They urge Lucci to wait for the Navy, but he is impatient and does not recognize Luffy as an emperor. On Labophase, the straw hats keep watching CP-0 movements, and Nami questions why Vegapunk is being pursued.

The scientists explain that his intelligence and achievements have accrued fear from the higher-ups as he could be an enormous threat if he ever decided to revolt against them. He is now focused on escaping with the help of Luffy and his crew. The crew is hesitant but agrees to assist Vegapunk. Luffy's group arrives on Labophase and Bonney is enraged and looks for Vegapunk to help her father.

The episode cuts to Kuma flying in the air as he heads towards the Red Port near the Red Line. He crashes into the mountain and scares the citizens. Back on Egghead Island, CP-0 has regained control of the Seraphim and they try to hatch a plan to capture the Vegapunks. Lucci commands the Navy to seize all ships as he aims to control the borders of the land.

On Labophase, the scientists weigh their options as Vegapunk calls one of his contacts for assistance. Vegapunk informs the crew they need to also smuggle the rest of his satellites while Bonney continues to look for Vegapunk. An alarm activates and it is revealed that the frontier dome has been deactivated which opens up an opportunity for CP-0 to invade. Lucci is hesitant at first but then heads up towards Labophase and CP-0 spots Luffy's ship. Lucci decides to destroy it and then the show reveals Kizaru is headed towards the island at the end of the episode.
