Spy x Family season 2 episode 10 recap

In the previous episode of Spy x Family, The Forgers regroup as their cruise, Princess Lorelei, stops at an island for some time. Anya and Loid meet up with Yor on the boardwalk and they plan the day to spend as a family. The trio explore the island resort and takes part in several activities such as eating at the café, ziplining, biking, exploring a cave, horse-riding, and building sandcastles. They then stop at a farm and Anya plays with the sheep. Yor is content with the delight on Any's face as she hopes to continue a peaceful life for the family. The family then decided to scuba dive and surf to end their time at the resort. As the time to board the cruise nears, Yor and Anya fall asleep as they tire out and Loid carries the two back on the ship.

The Forgers return home from vacation to an elated Bond and a frustrated Franky. Bond plays with Anya and Loid treats Franky to a souvenir as the family spend the night together. Loid visits his handler and informs her about the bombing incident on the cruise. The handler reveals that the missing people on the cruise had forged their IDs and there may be more extremists remaining as she stresses Loid to keep an eye out for them. The night ends with Anya falling asleep to a drawing of her family on the ship.

The episode shifts to the next day as the Forgers return to their daily life. Yor returns to work from the cruise and brought souvenirs for her coworkers. She gifts them skeleton keychains and leaves her coworkers confused at the unusual gift. They expecting wine but ultimately accept the souvenirs as it represents Yor's personality. Yuri is skipping around at work with Glee as he is excited that his sister is back home and he plans to visit her soon. Loid prepares for Yuri's arrival as he rearranges his room to look like a room of a married couple. Anya returns to school and is excited to tell her class about her luxury cruise vacation. She dreamed of the scenario that Damian would be excited to hear about the cruise but she failed to recognize that the children at Eden academy are well off and that they regularly experience luxury. Becky tries to wow her classmates with her vacation story but she then shifts her stories with lies as she realizes that she has to keep the Forger's identity a secret. Anya's fabrications brought mockery upon her by the class and she feels embarrassed the rest of the day.

Back at the Forger's house, Yuri arrives and Anya enters afterward. Anya is visibly upset and the adults inquire about her situation. She reveals she lied to her class and she feels bad about it. he adults stress that lying is bad as they sit together awkwardly because of their hidden ideas.
