Recap of the previous chapter
The previous chapter starts with Lloyd using his winter heart ability to freeze the time. Then he started the construction of the Dam and the Truth Jewel.
But then, suddenly he was called by the Dragon King who told him to come because it was an emergency. The emergency was that he felt his neck stiff and wanted Lloyd to message.
Although Lloyd was angry, he still had to do it for him. Dragon King also asked what he would do with Truth Jewel after changing his fate. Lloyd replied that he would destroy it and Dragon King liked his answer.
By luck, Lloyd was able to gain sword master skills and then went back for the construction. Towards the end of the chapter, the angel arrives and tells him to stop the illegal construction.
