Love comes in all shapes and forms. The same couldn't be more true for romance anime on Netflix since they each tell different stories that range from enemies to lovers to destined soulmates that were always meant to find one another.

Regardless of what the anime is, we're sure that you're going to feel smitten! Here are the five romance anime titles that we think are best for you!

Inuyasha

On paper, Inuyasha is far from a romance anime, as it explores the life of a special girl with a special connection to a special world. However, upon further inspection, you'll find that love is very much so at the heart of this anime.

Our protagonist, Kagome, is a strong girl who absolutely can hold it down on her own. Inuyasha, a half-demon/half-human, falls for her over time because of this and because of the fact that they seem to be destined soulmates from the very start. What's more, the two only bring out the best in each other every time they fight alongside, showing that they are certainly in it for the long haul.

Maboroshi

Maboroshi tells the story of a strange time in a small town where, for some supernatural reason, time has frozen.

Even though time is at a complete standstill, the emotions that everyone is going through are in full force. Some are bending under the weight of the confusion they feel, while others feel relief that they don't have to attend to their responsibilities. However, in the midst of this, there are some who are falling head-over-heels for one another. Perhaps this is the best time to let true feelings run rampant.

No Doubt in Us

When two people switch bodies, this is usually the best time to do everything in your power to get back to normal. But for one pair, they use this odd phenomenon as their chance to learn more about one another. Doing so, they begin to fall more and more in love with each other, understanding the pros and cons of belonging to the opposite gender.

No Doubt in Us is up your alley if you like your romance anime to be more on the wholesome side with a strong story at the center. However, above all, this anime is perfect for you if you love watching visually stunning anime titles.

Ouran High School Host Club

Ouran High School Host Club is a classic that we're more than glad to see that Netflix has never removed. It's witty, wholesome, and very hilarious. Yet, what takes our breaths away is this anime's ability to show us the unconditional love that the cast of the show gives one another. This not only depicts how deep the romance goes in this anime but also depicts the many forms of love that exist.

Even though we only got to watch Ouran for one season, anime fans consider this anime one of the greatest romance anime for a reason. Maybe that's why the anime is also considered an anime that sets the tone for many titles that we watch today. Either way, it's one that is definitely worth the watch and/or rewatch.

Teasing Master Takagi-san

Teasing Master Takagi-san is an anime that can be easy to overlook since it's not always brought up in fans' conversations when it comes to romance anime. Even so, there is a whole bunch of love involved in this story even if it doesn't appear that way at first.

The pair in this anime is your typical enemies to lovers, as they begin with a dynamic that is similar to kids teasing one another. Eventually, as time passes, feelings start to get a little more complex, giving it more of a "will they or won't they" dynamic.

Now that you know all about some of our favorite romance anime, all that's left to do is head over to Netflix to begin your binge!
