The Plot of Wind Breaker!

Clover and his brother try to get away from Jay, Dom, and Monster in the previous chapter. Monster started to follow them in order to get more information on Vale/Bale Armstrong.
However, he lost track of him. William Rogers let them know about the Scavenger crew and their operation in New York. He even took them to the nearest distribution center of that messenger crew.
Next in the chapter, the focus was shifted towards the distribution center of the Scavenger crew. Many new characters have been introduced, and 'Michele Doss' is one of them. Fans also saw a small glimpse of Armstrong towards the end of the chapter.
