Twisted Wonderland is expected to be the next anime hit series on Disney+
By Diana Nosa
With the huge success of shows like Arcane that are inspired by popular video games, most streaming services are starting to move toward adapting other popular video games into animated series. This can seen in Disney+’s impressive move to order three seasons (yes, three) of its upcoming anime series Twisted Wonderland.
Twisted Wonderland is based on the 2020 mobile video game that took the world by storm. So much so that adapting the game was a no-brainer. Now, not only will veteran fans of the game get to re-live their experience once more but new fans can step into this vast world full of impressive supernatural magic.
The first season of Twisted Wonderland will officially release in October 2025. But before the pilot season releases, we want to tell you what else you can expect from the title!
