Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun announces season 4

As reported by Crunchyroll, the official X (formerly Twitter) page for Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun has announced that the anime's fourth season is now production. The announcement comes with the reveal of both a new key visual and a teaser trailer. The post containing the key visual can be seen below:

As of this writing, information beyond the fact that the fourth season is now production is still sparse. A release date has not yet been stated. The cast and crew have not yet been formally announced, either. We here at Anime Away will continue following this story and have more information as it becomes available.

What has been confirmed is that Crunchyroll, which currently streams the three previous seasons of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, will also stream season four when it eventually debuts. Crunchyroll has announced that the new season will be available to viewers in the Americas, Europe, Oceania, Africa, the Middle East, CIS and Inda.

The Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun anime is based on the series original manga series by author Osamu Nishi. By the end of December 2024, 40 volumes of the manga series will be published in Japan since its debut in 2017. The English translation of the manga series is published by Kondasha USA. By the end of 2024, 11 volumes of the manga will be available in English. The English translation of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun is available both in ebook and physical formats from various retailers.

Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun follows the misadventures of the title character, Iruma Suzuki, after he ends up attending school in the Demon World as a regular human. Crunchyroll provides the following summary of the series:

"Suzuki Iruma, human, 14, one day finds himself taken against his will into the world of demons. To add to his predicament, his doting owner and self-appointed "Grandpa" is the chair-demon at his new school. In order to survive, Iruma must deal with a haughty student who challenges him to a duel, a girl with adjustment issues, and so many more scary beings! Can this ultimate pacifist dodge the slings and arrows that are flung his way? As he struggles frantically, Iruma's innate kindness begins to win over enemies."
