With the vast number of anime titles arriving in January 2025, it’s easy to get confused about where you should start your anime binge-watch. However, in the middle of your streaming session, we suggest trying Flower and Asura.
Flower and Asura follows the life of a girl named Hana and how her life changes once she joins a Broadcasting club full of various people from all walks of life. In the club, Hana meets Mizuki, the president who knew from the very moment she met Hana that she was a force to be reckoned with. Together, Hana and Mizuki turn the broadcasting club from nothing to something that demands the attention of everyone on their small island.

"Hana lives on the small island of Tonakijima, with a population of 600, and loves reading to the island's children. Mizuki, the president of the school's broadcasting club, notices Hana's talent for engaging others through her storytelling and invites her to join the club. As Hana embarks on this new journey, she experiences many "firsts" with the broadcasting club members, deepening her love for reading even more."

Waccha PriMagi!’s Minori Fujidera and Carole & Tuesday’s Miyuri Shimabukuro, who voice the roles of Hana Haruya and Mizuki Usurai, are just two of the amazing voice actors who make up the cast of the January 2025 anime series.
