Following the earlier announcement this summer, Canadian media company Wildbrain has officially launched a streaming channel devoted exclusively to the Pokémon anime on the Pluto TV streaming service. The Pokémon channel on Pluto is the latest free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel from Wildbrain and the first time the Pokémon anime has been available on free streaming.

Launched on October 22, Wildbrain's Pokémon FAST channel has licensed 22 seasons, up to the episodes which cover Sun and Moon. The Pluto TV channel debuted with the very first episode of the Pokémon anime has been playing the entire series in order since then. Wildbrain previously announced plans for the Pokémon FAST to launch first in the United States, following by rolling the channel out in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. It is not currently known if it will expand into other international regions and this may be effected by the licensing deals for the Pokémon anime that already exist in other regions.

Where else is the Pokémon anime streaming?

Wildbrain and Pluto TV's new deal with the Pokémon Company International for the new Pokémon FAST channel has not affected licensing deals that are already in place with other providers and the seasons of the anime that are not licensed by Wildbrain remain available elsewhere.
