My Hero Academia has returned for its seventh season!

From the introduction of new characters to the continued efforts from seasons past to even the amazing opening credits that get us pumped when we see all those people cheering Midoriya Izuku on, season 7 is slated to be one of the best releases that we have with us all year and we can't wait to see what else is in store for this brand-new season.

Like many fans, Saturdays cannot come fast enough. But just how many Saturdays do we have before we run out of episodes to watch every week? Here's everything to know!

Expect 20 to 25 episodes in My Hero Academia season 7

As reported by Radio Times, season 7 is expected to have a maximum of 25 episodes. We believe this number is more than likely accurate, as the past five seasons of the anime have had a total of 25 episodes.

In the same breath, some fans believe that this new season may have 21 episodes in store because if the anime were to air 25 episodes every week without breaks, the anime would go into late fall (around October 2024), which is something My Hero Academia has never done before.

What's more, fans don't count recap episodes as true episodes, so there's a possibility that 21 episodes just may be a more accurate way to capture the episode count.

We will certainly know the true episode count as the weeks go on. For now, we can say for sure that the new season will have a minimum of 20 episodes and no more than 25 episodes. Tons of episodes to keep you company!

As we wait to learn more, be sure to catch the next new episode of My Hero Academia season 7 on Saturday, May 11, on Crunchyroll!
