How to watch Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2 episode 10 (and what happened in episode 9)

Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2 premiered in January. Its tenth episode of the season is airing this weekend. The divine visionary exam entered the final stages until Innocent Zero appeared and launched his attack.

In the previous episode, Innocent Zero reveals his teacher Adams Job and controls him against Wahlberg, who fends them off. Mash clashes with Cell War and emerges victorious by choking him out. In this next episode, Wahlberg continues to face off against Innocent Zero as their showdown reaches new levels.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2 episode 10 is titled "Wahlberg Baigan and the Greatest Danger" and is scheduled to be released on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 11:30 pm Japanese Standard Time (JST) and will be simulcast on Crunchyroll in the United States. The episode will also be available in the U.S. on Saturday, March 16, 2024.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2 episode 9 recap

In the previous episode, the narrator begins with a backstory of Adam Jobs, the teacher of Wahlberg and Innocent Zero. Wahlberg battles Innocent Zero, and Zero uses a forbidden spell to summon a casket and it is revealed to be the corpse of Adam. Wahlberg is met with shock and Zero shows the body of Adam at his magic prime but has no psyche. His ally, Necross Mance, appears and uses his ability to control Adam as a puppet. Wahlberg fights back with is powers as he takes on Necross and Adam. Wahlberg recalls his memories with Adam and he vows to stop Zero.

Necross reveals that Adam's dark magic can not be repelled by any other form of magic. Adam uses dark magic which sends anything it touches into the void, but Wahlberg uses his ability to alter space to fend off the attacks.

On the coliseum grounds, Mash and the rest of the group continue to battle the zombies and Cell War. Mash questions Cell War why Zero has interest in him, and he discovers that Zero intends to use forbidden magic of body construction. He needs six blood relatives to complete a forbidden spell that would give him immortality. Cell War reveals that Mash is related to Zero and that Mash's heart would give Zero a perfect body. Mash is disinterested about Zero's ambitions and asks Cell War if they are brothers. Cell War responds that he is a clone created by Zero and Mash continues his fight with him.

Cell unleashes the power of his wand and he summons Hephaestus. He launches diamond-tipped discs at Mash, who can dodge them. Cell then directs his black diamond toward the ground. Mash counters Cell War by running away and and then slips up behind him. Cell War hardens his skin and is able to inflict damage to Mash with his disc. Cell War is confident that he has won, but then it is revealed that he was hallucinating as Mash was able to put him in a headlock. Mash had choked out Cell Ear to the point of hallucinations, which canceled out his magic abilities as he went unconscious.
