One Piece Chapter 1087 Spoilers teases a fight between Kuzan and Garp

One Piece manga is back with its new chapter, i.e., 1087, which will get released in the upcoming issue of Shonen Jump Magazine. As usual, the early leaks for the chapter have started emerging on social media, and we can't resist talking about it.
Even though the brief spoilers do not tell us much about the events of the upcoming chapter, it comes with some shocking revelations. Moreover, the spoilers state that Garp will play a pivotal role in the chapter, and we will also be taken to his past.
On top of everything, we want the readers to know that on July 22, 2023, One Piece will be celebrating its 26th anniversary, and the other day, Chapter 1088 will be released without any delay.

One Piece Chapter 1087 spoilers show Garp getting injured
The chapter is titled 'Battleship Bag,' and it is full of action. The entire chapter will feature the Pirate Island, Hachinosu, and we will see Garp and Kuzan getting involved in an intense conflict. The next panel of the chapter will take us to Garp's teenage days, where we see him training with Kuzan. The duo is seen using warships as sand-filled bags for training purposes.
Garp is then stabbed by Shiryu when he is protecting Koby from someone. It seems Garp was so determined to defend Koby that he did not even care for his own life. Apart from that, Shiryu might have used his devil fruit to get invisible, and that helped him get to Garp in no time.

Returning to the present day, we see Garp and Kuzan hitting each other's faces, causing a massive explosion, due to which the former gets injured and falls to the ground. The chapter ends showing Garp assuring Koby that he will get justice. We have yet to learn the context of Garp's words, and to know that, we have to wait till the official release of the chapter.
