The famous OnK leaker, @d0nut2x on Twitter/X has dropped the brief Oshi no Ko 160 spoilers. The chapter starts with Kamiki saying he never did anything.
After that, the scene shifted towards Nino, who talked about how Kamiki didn't do anything except talk about Ai, trying to get Nino and Ryou to break.
Next, we see Kamiki saying that Nino and Ryou approached him and he considers them as a friend. However, he didn't know that they were so obsessed with Ai.

Aqua and Kamiki
Kamiki then told them about his past but didn't tell them everything. He was still unsure whether he should go and visit Ai who was about to give birth.
He asked Ryou to deliver the bouquet for him. After Ryou kills Gorou, he and Nino go down for his dead body.
Back to the present, Aqua is accusing Kamiki of trying to kill Ruby and torturing people on purpose. He was also manipulating the weak people into committing crimes, while his hands won't get dirty.
Aqua then also tells him how Ruby's eyes are different from him. Her eyes are not meant to deceive but to express love. Towards the end, we see Aqua with a knife in his hands and white stars, saying it's time for Kamiki to disappear for Ruby's sake.
