Recap of the previous chapter

In the previous chapter, we saw that Kindaka was training both Heisuke and Shin. However, now he can't teach them anything as they have hit their limits.

Nagumo also joined them, and they advised Shin to train his ESP. There are some fortune tellers in JAA who have ESP ability. However, they are currently in jail due to their 100% accuracy being broken against X and his organization. JAA believed that they were colliding with them.
