Spy x Family season 2 episode 12 release date and time

Spy x Family will conclude its second season this upcoming weekend and it will feature the return of Bond. The previous episode highlighted Becky's affection for Loid and her attempts to woo him. Last week also marked the return of Nightfall, who has been covering for Loid when he was on vacation and she remains infatuated with him. The next episode will focus on Bond and him using his powers to help Loid on his mission.

Spy x Family season 2 episode 12 is titled "Part of the Family" and is scheduled to be released on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 11:00 pm Japanese Standard Time (JST). It will be simulcast on Crunchyroll in the United States. The episode will be available in the U.S. on Saturday, December 23, 2023.

Spy x Family season 2 episode 11 recap

In the previous episode of Spy x Family, the episode follows Becky in this latest installment as she pursues Loid romantically. The episode begins with Becky watching an episode of her favorite show, Berlint in Love and she envisions herself with Loid. She then calls Anya to tell her that she is nearby and desires to come over to her place.

Becky and her Butler arrive at Anya's apartment and Becky is frantically looking around for Loid. Loid welcomes Becky in as he is interested in learning more about the Blackbell family and their influence. Anya takes Becky around to explore her home and Anya reads Becky's mind about her interest in Loid and the possibility of being a family. Anya is enticed by the rich lifestyle of Becky and she starts the conversation between Becky and Loid.

Loid indulges as he seeks to learn more about Becky's family as it could help with Operation Strix. As Loid learns more about Becky, Yor arrives which leaves Becky flustered. Becky equips some of the techniques she learned on her TV show but they fail and Loid is befuddled by Becky's behavior. The Forgers enjoy tea and Becky attempts to use her drunk affection tactic which also fails to catch Loid's attention. Yor is shocked as she thinks she accidentally served Becky alcohol and she quickly takes her to go to a hospital.

As Yor swiftly heads to get medical attention, Becky confesses she was trying to woo Loid and Yor is relieved that Becky is safe. Becky is interested in what Yor did to lure Loid, and Yor speculates that because Loid thinks she is strong. Loid and Anya rejoin with Becky to return her bag and Becky attempts to test her strength but comes up short. Yor is able to win the strength challenge and Becky asks Yor to make her an apprentice as she seeks to become strong.

Becky's attendant comes by later to pick Becky up as she was training with Yor. In the last few minutes of the episode, the show shifts to nightfall, as Fiona is observing Loid and it is revealed that Nightfall completed the mission for Loid as he was on the cruise. Nightfall is still infatuated with Loid as she receives a gift and she gleefully walks away.
