The original Japanese theatrical run of SPY x FAMILY CODE: White at Christmas 2023 was followed by a North American theatrical run in the spring of 2024. Now, the spin-off movie of the hit anime series has confirmed both its streaming home and its release date. As of September 5, 2024, SPY x FAMILY CODE: White is available to stream on Crunchyroll around the world.

Crunchyroll has confirmed that SPY x FAMILY CODE: White goes live at 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Fans in other regions can check the corresponding time zone in their region here. The movie will be available on Crunchyroll in the following international regions: The Americas, Europe (except France and Romania), Oceania and the countries of the CIS. Crunchyroll has confirmed that the movie will be available with both dubs and subs in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian.

The CODE: White movie was directed by Takashi Katagiri, produced as a collaboration between CloverWorks (My Dress-Up Darling, The Promised Neverland) and WIT Studio (Rankings of Kings, Suicide Squad Isekai), with a screenplay by Ichiro Okouchi, based on a story concept by the author of the original SPY x FAMILY manga, Tatsuya Endo. Crunchyroll provides the following summary of the movie:

"He's a spy. She's an assassin. Together, Loid and Yor keep their double lives to themselves while pretending to be the perfect family. However, their adopted daughter Anya, a telepath, knows both of their exciting secrets unbeknownst to them. While under the guise of taking his family on a weekend winter getaway, Loid's attempt to make progress on his current mission Operation Strix proves difficult when Anya mistakenly gets involved and triggers events that threaten world peace!"

Crunchyroll is also the streaming home of the two seasons of SPY x FAMILY so far. In some international regions, the first season of SPY x FAMILY is also available on Netflix. A third season was announced in the summer of 2024. The release date is still unknown as of this writing.

The original SPY x FAMILY manga by Tatsuya Endo debuted in 2019 and is currently ongoing. The manga was first made available in English in 2020 and is published by VIZ Media. The anime adaptation debuted in 2022 and became an instant hit with fans. CODE: White is the first standalone movie based on the franchise

"World peace is at stake and secret agent Twilight must undergo his most difficult mission yet—pretend to be a family man. Posing as a loving husband and father, he’ll infiltrate an elite school to get close to a high-profile politician.
