What happened previously?

The previous chapter starts with Jay's little brother getting caught by his mother and getting his phone confiscated by her. Then he hears his parents arguing and blaming each other for not paying attention.

His little brother shouted at their parents and told them how he felt like this home was a prison. He thinks that his brother became gay because of this stress.

Meanwhile, we see Vinny trying to think about the decision he needs to make so that he won't regret it later.
