"Otaku Hot Girl" is one of the many songs fans have come to love and it's for a very great reason. Not only does the song shout out characters like Gojo Satoru and Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen but it also includes cool audio from the protagonist of this shounen anime series. Yes, you heard us right! Even if it's not necessarily canon, Yuji Itadori has finally secured a friendship with his dream girl!

Megan Thee Stallion and Jujutsu Kaisen crossover

At the start of "Otaku Hot Girl," fans can hear a snippet of Yuji Itadori's English voice actor, Adam McArthur, talking about how Megan Thee Stallion is the type of woman he dreams of being with. This moment is a nod to a canon fact about Itadori, as he prefers to date tall women with voluptuous bodies.

Here's a transcript of the iconic snippet!

"I like a tall woman with a nice big a**
Just sayin'
Like Grammy winner, Megan Thee Stallion."

Naturally, anime fans are losing their minds over this amazing crossover, as it is not only super hilarious but also speaks to how popular anime is becoming in the music industry to the point of artists collaborating with anime titles. This is a step in the right direction for the anime community because it can mark the beginning of an era where we might be able to see more collaborations, such as inserting celebrities into canon anime moments or even a celebrity lending their voice to an anime character.

In addition to getting an anime voice actor to be featured in her album, Megan Thee Stallion almost got the go-ahead to use an iconic sample of what was rumored to be a very popular anime song. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned since the production company's rules were a bit too restrictive for Megan to adhere to. Namely, if she used the anime sample she would have to remove naming characters from said anime or wouldn't be able to cosplay as certain anime characters in her music videos.

Understandably, Megan simply wasn't willing to risk anything concerning her new project. Even so, the fact that she was almost able to secure such a sample speaks volumes about how much of a pioneer Megan has become in bringing anime to the forefront of music.

We can't wait to see where Megan's passion for anime will lead her next, especially when it comes to her catchy songs. Until then, be sure to stream Megan Thee Stallion's new album, MEGAN, on your favorite music streaming platform and listen to all the mentions of your favorite anime references.
